The 800 · Kingston
Welcome to The 800
Seventy-four new suites inside a building Kingston already knows.
The 800 is the Medical Arts Building at 800 Princess Street, rebuilt inside as student housing. Seventy-four suites over five levels: studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms, every one of them drawn from scratch with its own kitchen and its own full washroom. Furnished studios start at $1,195 a month, on 8- or 12-month terms at the same rent.
An elevator reaches every floor. There is one controlled entry off Princess, a laundry room and a locked bike room on the lower level, and a pharmacy at street level. Queen's main campus is a five-minute drive south, Kingston General Hospital is four, and Walk Score rates the address 93.
